Uddeshika Social Welfare Foundation is a non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to creating meaningful social change through education, empowerment, and compassion. Guided by its core philosophy — “अभाव में प्रभाव” (Impact in Adversity) — the foundation works to bring transformation even in the most resource-deficient areas, ensuring that every individual gets a fair chance to grow, learn, and contribute to society.
Our mission, “समय समर्पण निर्माण” (Dedication Through Time and Service), reflects our belief that real progress begins when people come together with commitment and compassion. We strive to build a strong and sensitive community by encouraging time-based volunteerism, collective participation, and sustainable development initiatives.

Year of Vision and Foundation

- Officially conceptualized with the vision “अभाव में प्रभाव” (Impact in Adversity).
- Initial groundwork laid for community-based education and awareness programs.
- Formation of the Uddeshika DigiSchool initiative — a digital learning model promoting home-based and low-cost education.
- Awareness drives conducted on moral values, girl education, and social empathy in local communities.

2024
Year of Digital Expansion and Awareness
Theme: Connecting Learners, Creating Change
- Full-scale launch of Uddeshika DigiSchool – eSkillLab, offering structured 90-day study plans for Classes 1–12.
- Introduction of the movement “Mission: पढ़ना है रोज़” (Learn Every Day) to promote consistent study habits.
- Start of the “Hand Joining Mission” – moral education and student awareness chapters like Naitikta (Ethics).
- Organized workshops on digital education, leadership, and mental wellness for students and teachers.
- Developed the Uddeshika Awareness Toolkit, addressing real student issues like peer pressure, verbal abuse, and lack of motivation.

UDDESHYIKA :- We are dealing with passion of inner you and wanna create environment of better learning with innovation and creative thinking.As the white colour is combination of 7 colour vibgyor. In here we are taking care of all aspects of mental ability to groom. Since its inception, it has been involved in a variety of developmental programmes, the majority of which have been carried out in a creative environment. The areas of developmental activities include programmes are ASHA, # SUKOON, KHELA RE, VIBGYOR, B+, b+ SANTOSH, PAL. Through these programmes, this organisation plays a significant role in the overall development of children.
